His children’s picture book, Cora and the Sock Basket, was inspired by the beloved family dog who filled his home with adventure, laughter, and love for fourteen unforgettable years. Alex is also the author of The Iron Stoic, a reflective guide that connects the discipline of strength training with the enduring wisdom of Stoic philosophy. Drawing from personal transformation, physical resilience, and practical philosophy, the book encourages readers to build strength not only in the body, but in character, patience, and purpose.

Alex is the founder of Krypton Capital LLC and lives in Indiana, where he continues to draw inspiration from family, growth, disciplined practice, and the quiet wisdom of faithful dogs.
