Sadid Hasan

Sadid Hasan, PhD., is a Principal AI leader in the Microsoft AI Development Acceleration Program within the Office of the CTO, where he drives enterprise-scale research and development of advanced Generative and Agentic AI capabilities, products, and solutions for Office Copilots and other cross-org AI initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in AI research and innovation, he has led and contributed to groundbreaking work across generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning, authoring hundreds of peer‑reviewed publications and patents, and most recently co-authored the book "The Generative AI Career Masterplan", a practical roadmap for navigating careers in the age of AI. Before joining Microsoft, Sadid served as Executive Director of AI at CVS Health, and as Senior Scientist and Technical Lead of the AI Group at Philips Research. Recognized globally as a thought leader in Artificial Intelligence, he frequently delivers keynote addresses, serves on program committees of leading AI conferences, and actively contributes to the worldwide AI research and practitioner community. Sadid is passionate about advancing the state of the art in AI, accelerating its adoption across industries including healthcare, climate, education, STEM, legal, human resources, finance, and marketing, and developing the next generation of AI leaders to drive meaningful and transformative impact around the world. He was recently recognized as one of the 100 most influential AI leaders in the United States.
