Dirrick L Williams

As a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather with over twenty-five years of experience in executive leadership in corporate settings, education in Theology, teaching, and communication, Dirrick brings a unique blend of academic insight, corporate leadership, and spiritual wisdom to all that he does. He is the founder and Executive Director of “Black Leaders and Allies Collaborative” (BLAAC), a grass-roots organization dedicated to education and strategic collaborations to enhance race relations in America. He is the developer and chief facilitator of the organization’s flagship program, EuroCentric Cultural Reflectionism (ECCR), a highly provocative study designed to challenge beliefs and embedded ideologies of self, society, and cultural practices.

Dirrick’s commitment to transformation and empowerment led to the development of Principle Living, a paradigm for transformation, leadership development, and conflict resolution. And, with a passion for fostering personal breakthroughs and organizational excellence, Dirrick welcomes all opportunities to connect and collaborate. Whether working with individuals or teams, his goal is to equip others with insight and practical tools to achieve peace, power, and prosperity.
