Mark Borrington

Mark Borrington spent much of his life being the one who carried — the good son, the capable one, the person who kept things steady, asked for little, and quietly wondered whether he would ever feel like enough. He has worked as a paramedic, in organisational transformation, and as a trustee in the charitable sector. But it was the slower, harder work of understanding where those roles came from in the first place that led him to write Is It Me or Is It Them? His first book is a memoir about identity, family, healing, and the long journey back to yourself. Mark lives in the UK.
