Dan is a senior Human Resources executive with more than twenty years of regional experience across Mexico and Latin America, specializing in organizational culture transformation, operating models, corporate governance, and post-acquisition organizational integration.
In highly demanding international environments, he has worked closely with executive teams to translate strategy into concrete decisions around talent, culture, and execution: what is said, what is done, and what it costs to sustain it.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from Universidad La Salle and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Anáhuac del Sur. He also holds certifications in applied artificial intelligence and has been a TEDx speaker.
He also advises executives and professionals on career development, positioning, and leadership, with an emphasis on judgment, congruence, and decision-making.
Outside the corporate world, Dan is a black belt in Haedong Gumdo and an instructor at his dojo, Akai Ryū 赤い竜, with additional training in iaido, kendo, and ninjutsu.
That blend —business and the martial path— defines his view of leadership as practice: discipline, control, strategy, and responsibility for consequences.
Project Samurai is born from that place: a bridge between character, power, and conduct to lead with firmness when the context leaves no room for weakness.
