Buhong Huang

Buhong Huang graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and worked as an editor in Shanghai for more than ten years.

In 2013, she left city life behind and moved to a small farm in Northeast China. There, she and her husband grow rice, raise their child, and care for a large group of animals, many of them rescued.

Amid the rhythms of farm life and family life, Buhong pours her love of life into every word and illustration, transforming her real experiences into warm and healing stories.
