I see clearly now that my life has been a spiritual journey. I have been blessed to be able to merge my personal journey with my professional life, as a therapist, pastor, educator and writer. I have worked with people on their psychological, social and spiritual struggles. From them and with them, I have learned many spiritual lessons that have facilitated my journey, and are embodied in my latest book, Soulsifting. I have no axe to grind, no religion to promote or product to sell, other than to invite readers to take their spiritual needs serioiusly and discern cerefully healthy from toxic ways of meeting those needs.
