Dave Saben

Dave Saben is a serial entrepreneur and the author of three books: Eyes on Data, Ears on People; CLOSER: The Professional Sales Doctrine; and White Collar Combat.

Over two decades he has built and led companies across software, education, and artificial intelligence, among them, a patent analytics venture he co-founded,, assessment and learning companies where he has served as chief executive.

With his wife, Margy, Dave continues a family entrepreneurial tradition spanning five generations, each building in the emerging industry of its era, from textiles to hydropower to technology and education. That thread runs through his writing: the best leaders replace guesswork with evidence, deciding with eyes on data and ears on people.

A graduate of the University of Miami, Dave lives in Venice, Florida, with his family, and writes about leadership, decision-making, and building things that last.
