Janice Walker Jones is an author, counsellor, psychotherapist, and educator with more than 25 years’ experience helping people understand themselves, heal from life’s challenges, and create more meaningful lives. Janice Walker Jones is the pen name of self-publisher, Jan Burguez.

Working with individuals, couples, and groups, Jan has supported people through relationships, grief, trauma, life transitions, and times of uncertainty. Her approach blends professional counselling with a deep understanding of human stories, emotions, dreams, symbols, and the patterns that shape our lives.

For 14 years, Jan was known as Australia’s “Dream Diva”, sharing insights into dreams and the unconscious through radio and print media. Her book Dreams: Symbols and Stories of the Soul’s Longing explores the wisdom hidden within our dreams.
