Thank you for stopping by.

I didn't set out to create a method. I was just trying to survive a season that had no manual.

My child was in the grip of severe anxiety and panic attacks. My closest friend and father of my kid was fighting to come back from a massive heart attack. And somewhere in the middle of hospital hallways and 2:00 am, completely exhausted and honestly feeling defeated, all the self-help I'd come across and was using wasn't helping... I needed something that worked right there and then, for all of it, for me and my kid.

So I did what I, as a yogi know how to do best: I breathed. But breath alone wasn't enough. I needed to actually catch what was happening inside me of us, and choose what to do with it, before it swallowed us whole.

So I started paying attention to what actually helped. Thirty seconds of breath. Thirty seconds of just noticing what was true. Thirty seconds of choosing what to do next instead of just reacting. That's it. That's where the 330Method® came from, not a classroom, not a textbook, but a woman on a bathroom floor trying to remember how to breathe.

I'm a certified yoga teacher with a background in psychology, and I've spent over a decade practicing yoga. But honestly, none of that is why this method exists. It exists because I needed it first.

If you're managing anxiety, walking through a hard transition, trying to break a pattern that keeps pulling you back under, or just trying to stay present for the people who need you, I made this for you, because I made it for me.

I live in Houston, Texas, where I coach, share, and still practice the 330Method®. This is our lifeline. We use it every day, because we still need the reminder that sometimes all it takes is a pause, and breath is how you find your way back.

I hope this finds you when you need it, the way it found us.
