Gianluca Spolverato

Gianluca Spolverato is a labour lawyer.

For more than thirty years, he has worked in the field of employment and labour relations, supporting companies and individuals through the major organisational, technological and cultural transformations affecting the world of work.

He is the founder and managing partner of WI Legal, a law firm specialising in labour law, and the founder of Laborability, a platform that explains and makes work-related issues accessible, with a strong social and pop-oriented vocation.

Throughout his career, he has always understood law not only as a tool for protection, but also as a lever for transformation: a way to shape new models of work that are more sustainable, clearer and more human.

He is the author of several books on work, including Il futuro al lavoro. L’Italia al tempo dello smart working tra conservatori, vittime e innovatori (Guerini Next, 2017) and Il nuovo lavoro. Strategie aziendali per il cambiamento (Wolters Kluwer, 2021), in which he explored the key themes of the transformation of work, from organisational models to remuneration systems, communication and generational renewal.

He is also the creator of the Bulldozer project, a manifesto and a movement that challenges traditional models of work and proposes a direct, concrete and unconventional approach.

Bulldozer. Il lavoro cambia, cambiamo il lavoro (Egea, 2026) brings together years of field experience and turns them into a reflection accessible to everyone: workers, entrepreneurs and anyone who wants to understand how work is changing — and how to truly change it.
