Jahn Hooks

Jahn Hooks, known to fans as Illuminati Congo, is a Chicago-based hip-hop artist, author, and breathwork teacher whose work weaves contemplative Christian mysticism, Rastafari wisdom, and practical tools for inner transformation. Rooted in a living faith that sees the Trinity alive in every breath, every fractal pattern of creation, and the eternal Cross, he writes and creates to share the treasures he has discovered on his own journey — never as an expert, only as a fellow traveler who loves passing along what has helped him.

His books include Synchrognostic Phonetymology, Living Examples of Physical Immortality, Urban Aghori and more. He is also the voice behind contemplative hip-hop albums that feature collaborations with RZA, Del the Funky Homosapien, Digable Planets, Pretty Lights, and others.

Whether guiding readers through sacred breath, illuminated wealth, or the fractal beauty of the Gospel, Jahn invites you to breathe deeper, think clearer, and walk more lightly in the wonder of the living God.
