H. Adam Holt is a "recovering financial planner" who spent over 27 years realizing that the world didn't need more complexity—it needed more meaningful connection and literacy. After decades in the trenches of wealth management, Adam shifted his focus from managing families and portfolios to re-architecting how professionals and households engage with the people who matter most.

As the Founder and CEO of Asset-Map, Adam pioneered a visual way for thousands of professionals to "see" their clients' lives on a single view. Now used by millions of people in 20 countries, Asset-Map is the standard for professional household visualizations. But for Adam, the technology is secondary to the human at the center of it. He is a fierce advocate for Advisor Intelligence (the "Original AI")—the empathy, discernment, and behavioral wisdom that a computer cannot replicate. Adam believes that in an age of digital noise, the most valuable thing a professional advocate can offer is clarity, presence, and the courage to lead an engaging conversation.

Adam’s most valued contributions are the one he uses to navigate fatherhood. As the co-founder of the REBL Dads community and co-author of the REBL Dad book series, Adam is a vocal leader for the "Intentional Dad." He believes that for too long, high-achieving men have been "presenting" a version of success to the world while missing the opportunity to truly "participate" in their own homes.

Through the REBL (Responsible, Entrepreneur, Balanced, Leader) Dad framework, Adam helps empower fathers to trade traditional measures of fatherhood for intentional presence. He challenges men to stop being the "automated" provider and start being the advocate for their family’s future, building a lifetime of relationship capital over merely providing.
