Stephanie Daly

Stephanie Daly, Ed.D., is an author, researcher, and educator dedicated to helping children and schools grow through connection and repair. With over 20 years of experience as an elementary teacher, National Blue Ribbon principal, and district administrator, she has seen how restorative practices transform classrooms and communities. Through her picture books, Stephanie turns everyday mistakes into opportunities for reflection, accountability, and healing, bringing restorative practices to life in ways children can understand and use. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and focuses her work on repair over blame in PreK-12 settings. Stephanie lives in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois with her three children, husband and 2 dogs.
