Natalie Stromberg

Natalie Stromberg is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, trauma specialist, and author of Unmasked: A 90-Day Journey for the Traumatized Heart. With a Master’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico, she has spent her career helping individuals break free from the lasting impact of trauma—especially survivors of sexual abuse and exploitation.

But Natalie’s work goes beyond clinical training. It’s rooted in lived understanding.

She knows firsthand how trauma distorts identity—how it silences, isolates, and convinces people to wear masks just to survive. Her work is centered on helping individuals confront those false identities, dismantle shame, and reclaim the truth of who they are.

Through her therapy practice and writing, Natalie has become a trusted voice for those navigating deep pain. She is especially passionate about working with survivors of human trafficking and those who feel defined by what was done to them. Her approach is both clinically grounded and faith-centered, offering a path to healing that is honest, transformative, and lasting.

Unmasked was created as a guide for those ready to stop hiding and start healing—a journey toward freedom, identity, and restoration.

If you are ready to break free from the weight of your past and step into who you were created to be, this work was written for you.

Natalie lives with her husband, also a therapist, and their two children. Together, they are building a life rooted in faith, connection, and deep purpose.
