Prathima Anup

Prathima Anup is an MBA graduate, former corporate professional, and mother based in Bangalore. Her first book, Turning Tides: A Parent's Guide to Understanding Your Teenage Daughter, was written not from research or expertise, but from the honest, lived experience of raising her own daughter through the teenage years.

Understanding Teenage Boys comes from the same place — real life, real questions, and a deep belief that parents do not need to be perfect. They need to be present.

Prathima writes as a parent speaking to other parents — warmly, honestly, and without pretence. She lives in Bangalore with her family, and continues to write about the things that matter most: love, growth, and the courage it takes to keep showing up.
