Elda Acevedo Estefania

Elda Acevedo grew up translating. Not just languages but worlds. With a Cuban mother and a Puerto Rican father, she studied Intercultural Communications at DePauw University and went on to earn a Master's in Communications from the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, with studies at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid. Those years of study gave her the language for something she had been living her whole life. She coined the term InterCulturaling™ and eventually wrote the book. She lives in Texas.
