Raymond Auger is a senior technology executive with over 35 years of experience leading large-scale transformations across retail, healthcare, and enterprise IT. He has served simultaneously as CIO of a 10,000-store division and CTO of one of the largest corporations in the United States, overseeing billion-dollar initiatives spanning cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation.

Throughout his career, Auger has operated at the intersection of strategy, execution, and corporate reality—where decisions are rarely as straightforward as they appear. His work has exposed him to the unspoken dynamics that shape careers, influence outcomes, and determine who actually succeeds inside complex organizations.

He is the author of Unspoken Rules: Weaponized Common Sense for the Real Corporate Game, a candid look at how business really works beneath the surface. Drawing from decades of executive experience, his writing focuses on practical judgment, organizational dynamics, and the patterns that separate effective leaders from everyone else.

Auger holds a degree in Computer Science from Rhode Island College and has completed executive studies at the Wharton School. He lives in Connecticut.
