Andy Graham

Originally from Northern Ireland, Andy is the co-founder and Lead Strategist at the impact co., where he helped build the Impact Operating System. As Creative Director at WeAreCatapult, he guides executive teams through strategic pivots, connecting mission to execution.

He moonlights as a worship leader and songwriter and currently lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and kids. He has a background in architecture, loves potatoes, enjoys talking about water purity, and is as peculiar as he is particular. He especially enjoys helping leaders shape culture.
