Wolfram Hedrich

Wolfram Hedrich has spent nearly 30 years advising banks, insurers, regulators, and sovereign wealth funds on complex risk and strategy challenges. A senior partner at True North Partners, and previously at Oliver Wyman and EY, he has led hundreds of projects across four continents, from climate stress testing and sustainability transformation to AI governance.

Educated at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and emlyon business school, he is a certified Financial Risk Manager, CFA ESG Investor, and lecturer in sustainability risk at Singapore Management University.

The irony wasn't lost on him: someone who spent decades helping organizations hit ambitious targets was surprisingly inconsistent at hitting his own. One overcommitted sabbatical — full of plans, side projects, and unfinished goals — sent him into Personal OKRs, and to this book.

Based in Singapore, he creates AI-assisted music with his sons under the name LangDaRen. Carbon footprint dutifully offset.
