I listen and watch to understand people and why they do what they do and feel the way they feel. We are all different and react in different ways. There is such a richness to personalities and how we each see life in our own way.

I came from a large family with 12 children. All from the same two parents, all 12 totally different. This gave me so much to write about! My husband, Rick, and I had 5 children. They were all so different! One of our children came down with leukemia and died. Going through this experience changed our family. You now see the world through different lenses.

This being said, I write to be effective, to make a difference and to say something that makes you think.
