M. Majeris

M. Majeris started writing in 2025. His debut novel—”Desynced”, currently in querying stage—is a project which organically and quite by chance let the new author discover the joy of creating fiction. The inspiration came from decades of enjoying the works of acclaimed sci-fi authors like William Gibson, Neal Stephenson, Bruce Sterling, Charles Stross and many others, as well as translating an award-winning novel “Master Version 1.1” to English.

Besides translation and writing “Desynced”, M. Majeris also maintains its active Substack publication as a platform to post original short stories, serials, commentary as well as to engage with the writer and reader community. “Perfectopia” (currently available in Kindle Store and Kindle Unlimited) is one such project.

M. Majeris also works as a programmer at a small data-visualization company (amCharts), which is now in its third decade of operation.

He, his wife Diana and their two cats — Jannik and Frida — live in Vilnius, Lithuania, temporarily moving to Algarve, Portugal during winter months to escape harsh Nordic weather.
