Ryan Charles Lingo

Ryan Charles Lingo is a credentialed geographer and former GIS Software Developer who held a SECRET security clearance as a federal contractor supporting the Federal Aviation Administration's System Security Operations division. He holds a Master of Arts in Geography and previously served as a Geographer for the United States Census Bureau.

In 2022 and 2023, Lingo developed a prototype UAP monitoring system that was accepted for presentation at the 2023 ESRI User Conference — one of the largest GIS conferences in the world. He was prevented from presenting following a cascade of adverse events he has documented across hundreds of pages of primary source evidence.

Plausibly Deniable is his first book.
