D.A. Masiero

Devin Alan Masiero is an avid daydreamer and lover of all things make-believe. Growing up, he spent hours watching Adult Swim, drawing himself into worlds of sci-fi and fantasy. Series “Neon Genesis Evangelion”, “Trigun” and “Dragon Ball Z” shaped his tastes in media for a long time. When he started reading books regularly, he spent time in the “Halo” series of sci-fi books and fantasy books like “The Lord of the Rings”.

Always the daydreamer, the stories he consumed gave way to a world of his own making, and over time, they became more complex. Over the span of twenty years, he ended up with a deep and faceted story about suffering, overcoming obstacles and the human condition.

When he’s not working on his writing ventures, D.A. enjoys riding his sport motorcycle, spending time with his dog and three cats, or playing story-driven video games like “The Last of Us” or “Hellblade.”
