Anna Pohlebaeva

Anna Pohlebaeva is the founder and publisher of ARTBOOKS, an independent publishing house she established in Kyiv in 2015. Since 2022, the company has expanded internationally, with offices in Warsaw and London.

With over a decade of experience in children’s publishing, Anna has worked with leading international publishers, bringing books to young readers and developing her own publishing projects.

In 2022, Anna left Ukraine with her children following the outbreak of the full-scale war and settled in London. Exploring the city with her young daughter inspired her to create My Adventures, a series of illustrated search-and-find books for children aged 1–6.

As the author of the series, Anna writes the texts and researches the facts, drawing inspiration from London’s history, architecture, museums and everyday life. What began as a shared journey of discovery with her daughter grew into a desire to introduce the city to other children and families.

Beginning with My Adventures in London, the series continues to grow, inviting young readers to discover new places, explore art and culture, and develop their curiosity through observation, imagination and storytelling.
