David Scher

David Scher has spent twenty years in real estate, most of it in foreclosures and bank-owned property, a business built on reading the fine print before the crisis. A licensed broker and instructor, a Realtor Magazine 30 Under 30 honoree, and a contributor to two Aspatore Books titles, he holds a Master of Business Administration from Bentley University. He is not a nuclear scientist and never claims to be. He is a professional researcher of other people's worst days who asked what his own family would do in the first fifteen minutes, and spent a year finding out. He lives in a small lake town in New Hampshire with his son and their Bernerdoodle, and he knows where the basement is.
