Pedro Palacios Rhode

Dually licensed (Texas, USA and Venezuela) Commercial and Business Attorney with over 30 years of experience in commercial, corporate, and transactional matters. He holds a Master of Laws in U.S. Laws degree from the University of Houston Law Center, an MBA / Corporate Law degree from IESA School of Management and a Law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, these last two in Caracas, Venezuela; he is a member of the State Bar of Texas. He has advised small and large businesses across multiple industries including oil and gas, oilfield services, industrial operations and commercial ventures, primarily across Latin America and USA, and has worked closely with various business brokers in structuring the transfer of small and mid-sized businesses, so is familiar with the legal issues these regularly face. Pedro currently serves in the legal department of a multinational company, focused on industrial process control and safety solutions.
