Maurice C Williams

Maurice “Moe” Williams is a former NFL offensive lineman, coach, pastor, and team chaplain dedicated to helping athletes and leaders navigate life beyond the game.

A second-round NFL Draft pick and national champion at the University of Michigan, Maurice went on to start over 100 games with the Jacksonville Jaguars. After his playing career, he transitioned into a life of impact—serving as a team chaplain, head football coach at Providence High School, and mentor to athletes at every level.

Maurice holds a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry from Liberty University and is a licensed and ordained pastor. Through his work in coaching, ministry, and speaking, he has walked with countless athletes through the challenges of identity, purpose, and transition.

He is the author of When the Game Is Gone, a powerful guide to faith, identity, and purpose after sports—helping athletes, coaches, and leaders discover who they are when the spotlight fades.

Maurice and his wife, Reulonda, have four sons and are committed to using their story to serve others and glorify God.
