Kusum BYRD

Kusum Byrd is a mother and an experienced Montessori educator who is passionate about supporting children’s emotional development and well-being. Through her work with young learners, she has seen how powerful it is when children are given the language and space to understand their feelings.

What Makes You Happy? was created to help children explore, name, and express their emotions in a gentle, approachable way—supporting meaningful conversations at home and in the classroom.
