Brian Heaton

Brian James Heaton is the Founder, President, and Incorporator of World Evolution Enterprise (WEE) PBC, a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation established in 2026 and headquartered in Texas. He is the architect of the Exo-Terran Resource Trust, a purpose trust designed to hold verified natural, atmospheric, and extraterrestrial assets as backing for a universal benefit instrument distributed to all verified living human beings.

A lifelong traveler with firsthand experience across 45 US states, Mexico, and Canada, Heaton developed his understanding of human circumstance through direct observation rather than formal study. He left formal education early and has since taught himself Delaware trust law, federal appellate procedure, and corporate architecture entirely through self-directed learning.
