Jay Morgan

Jay Morgan, LPE, has spent over four decades working with children and families, helping them navigate some of life’s most difficult behavioral and emotional challenges.

His career began on the front lines working with juvenile offenders, runaway youth, and children in residential treatment, where he quickly learned that real change doesn’t come from theory alone, but from consistent, practical intervention.

Over time, Jay transitioned into outpatient practice, where he has continued helping families develop healthier patterns and more effective parenting approaches. His work blends clinical insight with real-life experience, offering parents tools that actually work in everyday situations.

Jay is also a husband and father, and much of what he teaches is shaped not only by his professional background, but by his own journey raising children. He lives in Arkansas and continues to work with families today.
