Jon Edwards

Jon Edwards, M.Ed. is an instructional designer, veteran, and AI enablement consultant

with over a decade of experience building training systems that actually change behavior

on the job.

He is the founder of Tanta Holdings LLC, the parent company behind Tanta Global Academy,

Tanta Global Assist, and Tanta Visa Pathways — a portfolio built at the intersection of

workforce development, immigration support, and AI-enabled learning design.

Jon's writing focuses on practical documentation and the systems IDs and learning

professionals use every day. The Documentation Standard and The American Standard are part

of his ongoing series for practitioners who want frameworks that work in the real world,

not just the classroom.

He lives in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
