S. T. Griffon

S. T. Griffon is a memoirist and former U.S. Army paratrooper whose work explores resilience, identity, and what it means to rebuild your life on your own terms. Her debut memoir, She Wasn’t Supposed to Fly, traces her journey from a childhood shaped by instability to a life defined by strength, self-determination, and hard-won clarity.

Before becoming an author, she built a career as a corporate executive, where she learned that achievement alone could not answer the deeper question of who we are. Her writing is grounded in lived experience and speaks to anyone who has ever been told to be smaller, quieter, or less—and chose not to be.

She spends her time outdoors whenever she can, is an avid reader, and is happiest at home with her husband and their two dogs, Jasper and Lola.
