Natasha Morgan

Natasha Morgan is an award-winning landscape architect, lifelong gardener, educator and writer based in Daylesford, Australia. She was named Garden Guru at the 2026 Better Homes and Gardens Creator Awards and is known for making productive gardens feel achievable and beautiful, at every scale and in every season.

Trained in architecture and landscape architecture, Natasha spent many years on major public projects, including six years on the Australian Garden at the Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne, and more than a decade lecturing in landscape architecture. She now brings that design thinking to the home garden.

In 2014 she left the city for five acres at Spargo Creek and built Oak & Monkey Puzzle, an internationally recognised experiment in beauty, productivity and community. Today her garden is Little Cottage on a Hill, 515 square metres in Daylesford holding a whole philosophy: any space can become a generous, life-giving garden.

Her purpose is simple. Help people grow one thing, then another, then a life that feels more grounded, connected and alive.
