Harry Hutson partners with leaders to create cultures that are both human and high-performing. He has held senior roles in human resources at Cummins, Avery Dennison, Global Knowledge, and Devon Energy. As a consultant and coach, he works across sectors, geographies, and settings where leadership matters.
He is co-author, with Barbara Perry, a cultural anthropologist and ethnographer, of Hope at Work: 5 Principles to Breathe Life into Your Organization (2026). Their previous book, Putting Hope to Work, was recognized by Harvard Business Review as a Best Idea, in 2007.

He lives in the US and travels where needed. For him, hope is work that pays off.
