Elisa Canali

Elisa Canali is a business strategist, feminine leadership mentor, and the founder of a multi-seven-figure global company built at the intersection of identity, money, and nervous system intelligence.

Educated in Philosophy with a Master's in Human Resources, her career began in executive roles inside billion-dollar fashion houses in Milan and Barcelona. She later founded a somatic therapy practice and a luxury recruitment firm before creating her current company in 2018. She is trained in counseling, systemic coaching, organisational constellations, EFT, Ayurveda, and somatic modalities, and created her own Human Design coaching certification programme, through which she has guided thousands of women worldwide.

Diagnosed with ADHD later in life, Elisa brings both rigorous training and lived experience to everything she teaches. She knows this territory not because she studied it from a distance but because she had to find her own way through it.

She does not teach from a pedestal. She teaches from the path.

Elisa lives between Spain, France, and Italy with her husband and their cat, Calvino.
