Louie?s Loops

Louie (aka Louie’s Loops) is a self-taught professional crocheter based in Southern California who has been designing amigurumi for nearly 20 years, transforming a creative hobby into a full-time career guided by his “three Cs” – Creativity, Community, and Compassion. After launching his YouTube channel LouiesLoops in 2011 to share yarnimations, tutorials, and original stitches, he went on to create Crocheting 101, a free resource for learning crochet. He later founded Club Crochet in 2016, which has grown into a thriving community offering patterns, kits, and live events. Today, his work focuses on small, highly stylized amigurumi and expanding crochet into board games, video games, and animation.
