Rajeev Yadav

Rajeev Yadav, PhD, is a biomedical engineer, AI innovator, and former Director of Research & Engineering with deep expertise in medical signal processing, biophotonics, and real-time AI diagnostic systems.

Originally from India, Dr. Yadav earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University (Canada) in 2012, where his groundbreaking thesis focused on automatic detection and classification of epileptic neural signals. His research has been cited over 625 times and contributed to improved clinical tools for epilepsy and intraoperative diagnostics.

He has held key R&D roles at organizations including Genia Photonics and Reveal Surgical (formerly ODS Medical), where he developed advanced photonics-based imaging and AI-powered systems for cancer detection, neurosurgery, and molecular imaging. As a co-founder and mentor, he has also guided technology ventures and contributed to regulatory standards for Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).

Beyond technology, Dr. Yadav is passionate about education for underprivileged children in rural India, environmental sustainability, and using innovation to create meaningful societal impact.
