Yohanna Pinzón is a Colombian physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience working with people living with persistent pain.
Throughout her career, she has supported patients who have spent years searching for answers without finding them, helping them understand their bodies, regain movement, and improve their quality of life.
She holds training in Occupational Health Management, Project Management, and alternative therapies, integrating a biopsychosocial approach in which the body, mind, and environment are deeply connected.
She has also worked with high-performance athletes in disciplines such as soccer and tennis, focusing on rehabilitation and movement optimization.
She currently works independently, providing in-person and virtual care, as well as consulting for healthcare professionals.
Her work focuses on helping people understand pain from a more human and less mechanistic perspective.
She is the author of “Rebuilding the Body”, a work that reflects her approach: understanding pain not as a failure, but as a message from the body.
