Julie Reshe

Julie Reshe is a philosopher, psychoanalyst, and writer working on negative philosophy, philosophical pessimism, depression, trauma, love, and death. She is the author of Negative Psychoanalysis for the Living Dead (Palgrave, 2023) and Negative Essays: On Death, Love, and Depressive Realism (Negative Press, 2026), and co-editor, with Todd McGowan, of Death and Love: Psychoanalytic and Philosophical Perspectives (Routledge, 2025).
