Jacob Geller

Jacob Geller is an essayist whose work explores the intersections of art, history, politics, and — often — video games. He is the author of two essay collections, "How a Game Lives" and "You're Not Overthinking It." He also publishes his work on YouTube to an audience of over a million subscribers. Geller's essays have been included on Sight and Sound's list of the "Best Video Essays of the Year" every year since 2020.
