He’s the cocreator of Graphic Sales Stories and the founder of a widely used online sales training platform that’s helped hundreds of reps master cold calling, email, discovery, and objection handling (without wanting to gouge their eyes out).

Tom attributes his professional success to a deep-seated determination—the same drive that pushes him to master skateboarding or tackle the technical complexities of the accordion. He is naturally drawn to hobbies that demand intense practice, focus, and unwavering commitment. It’s that focus and determination that helped raise two wonderful kids with his loving wife, Maura.
