Gary Linge

Gary Linge is a motocross performance strategist specialising in race-day execution, behavioural systems, and the hidden patterns that determine how riders perform under pressure.

With over two decades of coaching experience across amateur and professional levels, his work focuses on what most coaching overlooks — how riders actually perform when it matters.

Rather than relying on generic drills or surface-level mindset advice, he is known for diagnosing the root causes behind inconsistency, crashes, and underperformance in high-pressure race environments. His work has supported riders in achieving championship-winning performances at both amateur and professional levels, particularly in high-pressure race environments.

His approach integrates technical understanding, behavioural structure, psychological control and sequencing into a single performance system designed to build stability first — and results as a consequence.

He works with serious riders and families navigating the transition to higher levels, as well as those already competing at elite level who are not performing to their true capability.

His writing reflects the same philosophy: not motivation, but clarity — offering a different lens on performance, pressure, and long-term development within motocross.
