Nick Reich

Nick Reich is a leadership strategist, executive coach, and CEO of Abundant Empowerment, where he works with leaders and organizations to build high-performing, people-first cultures. With more than 20 years of experience across social impact organizations and mission-driven businesses, he has led teams, scaled programs, and developed leaders at every level.

A former championship high school basketball coach, Nick built a program from the ground up and led it to a state title in just four years—the fastest boys basketball state championship in Indiana history. That experience became the foundation for his leadership philosophy: performance doesn’t come from systems alone, but from how people are developed within them.

Nick is the creator of the People First Playbook and the Full Circle Leader framework, which help leaders navigate complexity, build trust, and develop teams that perform under pressure without burning out. His work sits at the intersection of strategy and humanity, equipping leaders to move beyond transactional leadership and create environments where people and performance grow together.
