I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of technology, products, and programmes.
I started as a software developer and later moved into product and programme leadership roles, working on complex initiatives in global organisations including the BBC, Expedia, Maersk, and more.
Over the years, I’ve become deeply interested in one simple idea: bringing structure to complex problems; whether in organisations, systems, or life itself.
I’m the founder of Structured Way, where I explore how better structures can help individuals and organisations move from strategy to execution.
I also enjoy writing about programme management, leadership, and reflections on life.
Program Management in Real Life is my first published book.
