Rob Clay

​Rob Clay is an ordained minister, bestselling author, recording artist, and mental health advocate with over 30 years of leadership experience. Known for his transparent storytelling, Rob is the author of Behind the Mask of a… Worship Leader! and Journey Within. He passionately challenges individuals, especially men, to confront hidden struggles and embrace authentic healing.

​Alongside his wife, Brittany, Rob is half of the duo Love R&B. Together for 18 years and raising a blended family of five, they have released five albums blending music with relationship wisdom to help couples grow and reconcile.

​In 2020, Rob founded the Road 2 Love Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to men’s self-care and strengthening families. He also created the 300 Healed Men Experience, a movement inspired by Gideon’s 300 that fosters accountability and brotherhood. Rob’s mission is clear: helping men remove their masks, embrace self-care, and become the healed leaders their families and communities need.
