Nikki Foster is a writer, mother, and the voice behind The Wind & His Word, a lyrical picture book that invites families to notice God's presence in the everyday. She lives in rural Oklahoma with her husband and their daughter, where life is shaped by the rhythms of the seasons, the work of their land, and the beauty found in ordinary moments.

Nikki spends her days growing flowers, baking sourdough, and creating a life rooted in faith, simplicity, and intention. Her writing is inspired by front porch conversations, changing skies, and the quiet ways God meets us in both joy and uncertainty.
