Thomas Nobili currently does consulting work for Partners for Educational Leadership as well as through his own company, TJN Core Consulting. on strategy for instructional improvement. Over the course of his career in public education, he has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and central office administrator.Tom’s work focuses on curriculum development, instructional design and implementation, coaching, and strategic planning. He has supported districts across the country through professional learning, leadership development, and improvement efforts aimed at strengthening instructional practice—particularly in mathematics—and expanding equitable opportunities to learn for all students.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from La Salle University and his Master’s in Education from the University of Bridgeport. He earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Bridgeport. He writes The Core of The Matter on Substack, which focuses on the latest research in education and its implications for classroom practice.
