Shannon McClain Linton

Shannon McClain-Linton is a children's author, speaker, and founder of Willow & Word, LLC. From her small-town roots in Waynesboro, Georgia, she creates faith-filled stories that help children discover God's love, recognize everyday God Winks, and grow in courage, kindness, and faith.

What began as a simple prompting from God has grown into a mission to place meaningful, Christ-centered stories into the hands of children and families. Through books such as A Wink From God, An Easter Egg Hunt for Jesus, and Boro the Bird Dog, Shannon encourages little hearts to trust God, look for his blessings, and remember they are wonderfully made.

When she isn't writing, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, crafting, singing gospel music and finding God's fingerprints in everyday moments.

Her mission is simple: Rooted in Scripture, Grown in Love.
