Fiona Fairhurst

Fiona Fairhurst is an English teacher who writes historical fiction and romantasy. As a third child, she was largely brought up by the family dog and the books in her father’s study. She spent several years of her childhood playing in an Australian wildlife reserve; there was a magic in that kind of feral freedom that has always drawn her to stories of ancient times and the mystical promise of nature unleashed.
